We are HSE Constructores, S. A., a self-owned company operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Guatemala, Guatemala.

We were formed to respond to the needs of large construction and cement industry companies that delegate the recruitment of qualified personnel for their operational roles to a specialized HR company. We work with recognized clients across Central America. We began with a small team performing cleaning in the metropolitan area and now have contracts in various parts of Guatemala, filling roles from cleaners and machine operators to mechanics, loaders, and packers.

We have developed a clearly defined organizational structure with managerial and mid-level staff sharing responsibility for organizational management, distributed across two offices in the capital and one in Sanarate.

We provide recruitment and staffing services for operational roles in maintenance and operation, serving clients in the construction and cement industries and supporting recognized customers across Central America.

We operate in Guatemala with a presence across Central America, and we maintain offices in Guatemala City and in Sanarate, Guatemala.

We see opportunities to expand our operations beyond Guatemala's borders and are evaluating technology innovation projects to meet the demands of the globalized market.
