Huatana Aprendizaje en Organizaciones is a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We are a group of professionals dedicated to strengthening the individual and collective capabilities of organizations, to achieve performance that enables results in a stimulating work climate. The name is a Quechua word meaning confluence, linkage, assembly. This idea represents how we work in organizations, aiming to strengthen the fabric of individuals, ideas, resources, knowledge, and emotions that make possible a good collective performance. From our headquarters in Buenos Aires we provide consulting and training services in Argentina and the Spanish-speaking Latin American countries.

We deliver our services from our Buenos Aires headquarters and work with clients in Argentina and Spanish-speaking Latin American countries.
