We are a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Lyon, France.

We were founded on a simple conviction: the candidates of one are the recruits of others. We created the first matchboard of employment based on recommendation. Concretely: employers on our platform recommend talents whose profiles they appreciated but whom they cannot hire or keep. Result: employers in search meet candidates recommended by their peers, who are qualified and available, and candidates experience a smoother and more serene journey.

We deliver our services by enabling employers to submit recommendations on our platform for talents they appreciated but could not hire or retain, and by making these recommendations accessible to other employers seeking qualified and available candidates. We support a collaborative process that aims to create meaningful connections and smoother experiences for both employers and candidates.

Our specialties include recruitment, circular recruitment, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), and employer branding.
