Human Relations

Human Relations is a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Zürich, Switzerland.

We operate as HR consultants, headhunters, coaches, trainers and management consultants. Our work is characterized by dedication and professionalism. Each of our consultants acts as a managing partner and is an entrepreneur. We are specialists in a specific field, and that is how we care for you as a client. Subject-specific, individualized, tailored to your needs and at eye level with you. That is our promise to you. Our range of services goes beyond the usual offer of a personnel consultant. In addition to executive search, headhunting and recruiting, we offer complementary HR services that are independent from us: assessment, outplacement, new placement, location assessments, career advice, coaching, succession planning and talent management.
