Human Resource Design Inc. We are a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Our purpose is to bring storytelling to recruitment and to apply branding for organizations. We aim to illuminate a company’s value and the appeal of its work through the power of storytelling. We support job seekers by considering both the advantages and disadvantages after a career move and by framing careers as long-term journeys.

We deliver our work through four services: the planning and operation of the GoodStory recruitment marketing tool; story creation; recruitment consulting; and recruitment outsourcing. Through these services, we help clients rebuild their approach to recruitment toward an ideal form. We have worked with clients ranging from large enterprises to startups.
