Human Resources Elite - نخبة الموارد البشرية is a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Our vision is to be the primary reference for the service and development of human resources at local and international levels. We were established to create a platform for dialogue and the exchange of ideas among HR leaders to transfer and share experiences and best practices, with the aim of increasing productivity and reducing unemployment. We also strive to keep pace with changes and requirements of the era in line with Vision 2030.

Our approach is to deliver value by facilitating dialogue among HR leaders, enabling the transfer and exchange of experiences and best practices, and coordinating cooperation with government authorities and HR research centers.

Our geographic presence is in Saudi Arabia, with activity that connects HR leaders within the Kingdom and with international engagement as reflected in our vision to operate locally and internationally.

We focus on providing channels of communication that connect HR leaders in Saudi Arabia, organizing periodic meetups and discussion circles, providing a reference for exchanging ideas and scholarly output in HR, and cooperating with government entities and HR research centers.
