We are Human Result, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Moscow, Russia.

We are a team of HR specialists. Each of us brings different experience in this field, as well as different ages, interests, and lifestyles. But we are united by our love for our work, our understanding of its importance, our high professionalism, and our drive for excellence. We have decided to expand our capabilities and not stop at working within one company.

We are capable of more, and now we want to help—help companies that do not have their own HR department or where HR is represented by a single person. We want to offer a fresh perspective on HR for established departments in large companies, as we operate outside internal corporate systems, which allows us to see more and from the outside. We share our experience, train the next generation of HR Directors and department heads. We seek to inspire, to explore new methods, and to create solutions, focusing on achieving results in the tasks at hand through the most effective means rather than policies and procedures.

We specialize in management consulting, employee motivation (C&B), recruitment, training of personnel, personnel assessment, and organizing corporate events.

We operate in Russia.
