We specialize in executive search recruitment for senior management roles. We use the competency balance method to identify a candidate’s development potential and to identify their strengths and weaknesses. We conduct strategic workshops and development programs to increase organizational effectiveness and strengthen personal effectiveness. We also offer individual or team coaching to support development and help achieve set goals. We introduce innovative information-gathering methods, such as the synthetron discussion, an interactive online discussion that enables reliable, fast, safe and anonymous information gathering, drawing on input from across the organization to guide future action.
