We are Human4Human Recruitment, a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Warszawa, Poland.

We support small and medium-sized enterprises in conducting effective recruitment processes. We design and run HR processes for companies without a specialized department in the field of talent acquisition and selection. We collaborate directly with management or owners, delivering solutions in talent acquisition strategy and human capital development. We are proud to work with entrepreneurs from various industries, with particular expertise in advising the construction sector—manufacturers of building materials and interior furnishings, and construction distribution.

We design and implement HR processes for organizations without a dedicated recruitment function. We deliver solutions by working directly with leadership to plan and execute talent acquisition strategies and human capital development. We apply good recruitment practices in partnership with Polish and foreign companies, in accordance with our proprietary methodology.
