Humance People & Gifts is a self-employed entity operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2025 and are headquartered in Craiova, Romania.

We are a space where empathetic recruitment, memorable onboarding, and care for people weave together naturally. We help people and companies meet at the right moment, in the right way.

With over three years of experience in recruitment and career counseling, we have built a flexible, soulful portfolio of services that support growing teams and professionals seeking meaning and direction. Under the umbrella of our freelance activity, we coordinate three main directions:

People Match is our empathetic and creative recruitment offering for small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups. We create job advertisements, conduct humane interviews, and provide recommendations that go beyond CVs, with attention to the real fit between person and team.

Virtual Wings provides remote HR support for founders who need HR structure without the cost of a permanent post. From onboarding to internal communication, we are a trusted partner for order and clarity in people processes.

CV Atelier – Make Me Stand Out is a space to rewrite the professional story. We work with people undergoing retraining, at the start of their careers, or in a career crossroads, to ensure their story is coherent, authentic, and attracts the right attention.
