We are Hunt Rangers, a self-employed IT recruitment agency operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Kolomna, Russia.

We recruit qualified professionals and help businesses achieve their goals more efficiently. We have experience working with companies across sectors, from fintech to telemedicine. We have one year of experience and have completed several notable cases.

Our approach to HR interviews is thorough. We assess hard skills, soft skills, motivations, and evaluate potential risks for the company using case interviews and other assessment tools. As a result, we provide candidates who fit the needs, freeing time for managers; typically 3 to 6 technical interviews are sufficient to fill one vacancy. We also place care on protecting the company brand and treating candidates with respect throughout the recruitment process.

We work with vacancies for web and mobile developers, system, business, and product analysts, product managers, project managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers (manual and automated), and DevOps engineers, including middle, senior, tech lead, and team lead roles.
