Hunters Group is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2005 and we are headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We originated as a vertical company in the technical sector, through the opening of Executive Hunters, Hunters and JHunters. We have developed a strong international network across market segments—from Top to Middle to Junior Management—with a further focus by sector and function.

We rely on a team of consultants and partners who are prepared and smart, and we replicate within ourselves the same structure as the organizations with which we collaborate. The strong sector- and function-specific specialization is developed by professionals who have accumulated significant prior corporate experience, applying it to our head hunting work.
