We are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Tilburg, the Netherlands.

We work from the candidate, seeking the smile that shows who our candidate is and who they want to become. We believe the new world of work requires a new approach, not with static old-fashioned campaigns but with flexible, customized solutions that move with the world of our clients. We offer two clear packages: a W&S trajectory on an hourly basis, via an ICT advertising package, and an extensive recruitment campaign for a fixed fee. We post your vacancy on more than 100 job sites. You can choose to receive responses directly or have us handle them. For a fixed hourly rate we handle the responses, conduct the initial conversations, and actively search for suitable candidates.

Additionally, we offer a No Cure No Pay W&S trajectory. We take over the complete recruitment process. If the candidate starts, you pay a fixed fee per new employee.

Alongside our recruitment and selection paths, we operate an IT Detachering department that remains in contact with the best ICT professionals who can be deployed on temporary projects. This helps provide flexible ICT staffing to cover busy moments, sickness, or extra workload, and to maintain a flexible layer within your organization.
