IBC Human Resources is a public company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1996 and are headquartered in Moscow, Russia.

We have conducted personnel recruitment in Russia since 1996. We maintain representations in Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Novosibirsk and Vladivostok to search for candidates without geographic limits, with the possibility of relocation to any point in the country and around the world. Our interviewing and testing methodologies, refined over the years, enable us to quickly identify suitable staff for mid- and senior-management roles in IT, finance and retail, tourism and hospitality, construction, medicine and pharmaceuticals, HR and marketing.

We use online and offline technologies in our work. In 2016 we launched a service unique to the staffing industry—the Employer Cabinet—where all stages of vacancy work are reflected in real time. At any moment we provide access to the resumes of all potential candidates, allow comments, coordinate interview times, and view documents related to the application. The hiring process has become transparent.

IBC Human Resources is part of the IBC Service Network group, which also includes IBC Corporate Travel in the Russian market for organizing business travel and conferences. The holding has its own development team that created Raketa.travel and MICE.space.
