IBF-Work is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Budaörs, Hungary.

We have been operating in the recruitment market for 10 years. With tailor-made solutions and up-to-date market information, we meet the needs of companies quickly and efficiently. Our quality service is based on keeping everything in one hand, from applying for labor to recruiting, hiring, preparing and educating employees until they start working. We are launching a new service based on our experience in manpower business in Germany, Austria, Ukraine and Slovakia. We recruit skilled, unskilled and trained workers from Asia to the German labor market.
