Idea Lavoro Agenzia per il Lavoro S.p.a. We are a privately held staffing and recruiting agency operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Rome, Italy.

We provide a wide range of services including temporary work and staff leasing, recruitment and selection of personnel, support for professional relocation, and intermediation. We support businesses in searching for, placing and managing resources, while expanding opportunities for employment or professional relocation for workers, offering legal, contractual and economic protection. We hold ISO 9001:2000 quality certification, the first in Italy to achieve this, enabling us to offer a service with high standards and to guarantee a correct and satisfactory trilateral relationship among the agency, the employing company, and the worker.
