We are IDEAS emplois SA, a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Fribourg, Switzerland.

We are a local company active for many years in personnel management, and we rely on our network of contacts as well as our deep knowledge of the Fribourg and Romandy economic fabric to deliver high-quality service to our clients. Since our creation, we have specialized in technical domains related to industry and construction, and today that department remains active in that field.

In 2010, a commercial department opened to efficiently handle all requests related to administrative, accounting, purchasing and sales, import-export, marketing, and linguistic needs.

We operate in the Fribourg region and in Romandy, Switzerland.

We opened the sector of major and secondary works in 2013 to respond to growing demand.
