IGOM is a partnership operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 1996 and are headquartered in Heerlen, Netherlands.

We share knowledge and foster the growth of people. We aim to bring out what is inside for people and organizations in South and Central Limburg. We combine forces, knowledge and capacity of managers and staff in the region. We focus on people and profile ourselves as one attractive employer on the labor market.

We focus on strengthening the network and the organizations and departments that belong to it. By exchanging knowledge, experience and skills, the IGOM organizations can solve bottlenecks and seize opportunities. Through collaboration at governance, management and employee levels, we find solutions and address capacity questions within our network. In addition, we act as a connector and actively facilitate developments such as cost savings, aging, knowledge preservation and quality assurance.
