İlk Eğitim is a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Turkey.

We believe that 80% of brain development is completed by age three, and that the early years (0-6) are the most critical for development. With properly planned early childhood education, we recognize that the foundations laid in these years influence future success and lifelong health. We strive for children to reach their real potential and to have a wonderful future. To support this, we work with experts who hold university or high school diplomas in preschool education, development, and care, whose mother tongue is Turkish, including teachers, teaching assistants, and newborn care specialists.

We deliver our services by engaging qualified experts in preschool education, development, and care who work with families to support early childhood development. We work with professionals who are native Turkish speakers. Our approach includes providing guidance in the home environment, helping children develop healthily and begin life on a solid footing under the guidance of a loving expert educator.
