IM CONSEIL is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Olavarría, Argentina.

In response to the needs of our clients, we were formed to provide an agile system for searching and hiring personnel that has been refined for more than ten years, and we are our own first clients. Our know-how from nearly forty years working in energy projects and services, construction, metallurgy, transportation, food, green-space maintenance, industrial services, and engineering enables us to offer tailored solutions; we know the problems and the solutions. Our divisions include Search and Selection; Outsourcing of Processes; and Temporary Personnel.

We deliver our services through an agile process for search and recruitment, starting with profiling candidates who have the appropriate competencies, followed by analysis and ranking, presentation of the shortlisted candidates, and ongoing control of the selection process, together with technical and legal advisory. For non-core activities, we offer Process Outsourcing, providing personnel for non-critical processes so clients can concentrate on their core activities. For temporary personnel, we integrate temporary staff for specific tasks, covering leaves and vacations and supporting periods of production increase, delivering flexibility to meet client needs.
