We are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were established in 2005 and are headquartered in Lublin, Poland.

We follow the principle of the absolutely equal approach to the employee and the employer as two equivalent elements of the employment process. Only such an attitude to temporary employment guarantees satisfaction of the three parties: the employee, the employer and the agency.

We emphasize the individual approach to each employee, from recruitment through the end of their assignment. We provide full and reliable information about employment conditions, maintain regular contact with employees during their work at home and abroad, and respond sensitively to all messages they report, which helps our employees feel secure and willing to use our services again.

For many years we have been active in hiring temporary employees in Poland, France and Romania. Since 2010 we have been operating in Belgium, and since 2012 we have launched and developed our services in Germany.

The employer is our client to whom we provide support during demanding periods in the company – holiday time, replacement for an ill employee, intensified production, harvest time or stocktaking. We also handle hiring employees for periods longer than temporary replacement.
