We are Incubadora Marteri, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico.

Our purpose is to recruit people with great potential and develop them as Professional Insurance Agents or Insurance Promoters, with international certifications and memberships that position them within the best internationally. Our objective is to enable participation in the selection process, training, and development, sharing the know-how of our commercial partners with more than 140 years in the market to execute their work successfully. We apply the Needs Analysis (ADN) to understand our clients in detail, design the appropriate financial strategies to protect their different life stages, guarantee their lifestyle and the achievement of their objectives and goals, and generate a culture of saving and prevention in Mexican society through our portfolio of financial products.
