INDØKS is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Stavanger, Norway.

We actively work for students enrolled in the master's program in industrial economics. We do this by connecting with local and regional industry, by strengthening ties between the Faculty of Science and Technology and the students, and by organizing social events to strengthen the community among students in the program.

To connect with industry, we have developed long and solid experience in holding promotional events for companies. Since 2006, we have organized Career Day at the University of Stavanger, which provides a platform for companies in technology, economics and management to promote themselves and meet ambitious students. We also host other promotional events during the academic year, such as company presentations and case workshops. This helps companies connect with and recruit some of the country’s best students.
