Indusion Consulting is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Mumbai, India.

We are a boutique executive search firm focused on senior management hiring, with offices in Mumbai and New Delhi and a presence in Singapore.

We rely on our networks and experience developed over many years in executive search and senior-level hiring across sectors. Our Banking & Financial Services Practice has engaged with global banks, Indian private banks, NBFCs, boutique financial firms and asset managers, among others. Our Corporate Practice, launched in 2009, offers cross functional senior level recruitment solution for companies across Real Estate; Energy, Manufacturing, Power & Infrastructure; Technology, Media & Telecom; Consumer & Healthcare and Digital & E-Commerce sectors, among others. Our Private Equity Practice is a collaboration of our BFS and Corporate teams and works with private equity firms for recruitment into their own teams as well as for strategic hires at portfolio companies.

Our specialty is Executive Search. We focus on filling leadership roles, including C-suite and other senior management positions.

We operate in India and Singapore. We have a presence in Mumbai and New Delhi in India, and in Singapore.
