Ingeus Poland

Ingeus Poland is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

Our mission is to help people use their strengths, potential, abilities, and talents to achieve independence through work. We implement programs for the public and private sectors, with each program guided by clear performance indicators that measure success as securing employment and sustaining work for participants. To date, we have helped more than 500,000 people return to the labor market worldwide, with 80% maintaining employment for at least six months.

Our team is composed of dedicated and highly effective people. We believe that work is a value in itself, that there are no unemployable people, and that every person has potential and, with the right guidance and support, can develop and meet their needs, desires, and aspirations. This approach, together with strong management, provides a quality guarantee for the projects we undertake. We also collaborate with employers, offering free recruitment services and seeking to understand their recruitment needs to propose selected candidates ready to take on roles.

Our specialties are welfare-to-work, outplacement, and free recruitment service.

We are based in Poland and we continue to grow. Today in Poland we are preparing to implement additional large activation programs across the country.
