Instore Business AB we are a public company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2005 and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

We observed how the business strategies of large supplier companies in the FMCG and grocery retail sectors were changing, with higher targets set while reducing staff—especially in sales resources. We, with our many years of experience in the grocery industry, understood that this would not be sustainable and that companies would need external help to manage peaks, launches, and larger category projects. To fill this newly created gap, we began operating our business.

We implement your strategies by delivering services that translate strategic goals into concrete, store-level actions. We provide external resources to support peak periods, launches, and major category projects, and we work across store categories to develop appropriate approaches for both distribution and sales.

We specialize in commissioned sales, recruitment, category and distribution assignments, and campaigns and new product launch projects.

We operate in Sweden.

Since 2013 we have also worked in recruitment. As demand for recruitment of other roles grew alongside requests related to the takeover of our salespeople, we started this new recruitment area.
