Intelletec is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Los Angeles, United States.

We help startups grow to their full potential by taking care of their hiring needs.

We work with venture capitalists, angels, and other industry leaders and have formed relationships based on trust. About 80% of our business comes from referrals. We draw from the new era of technology and social media and are passionate about what we do. We get a real buzz shaping engineering teams from scratch and contributing to the success of the companies we help. Being small enables flexibility, which we see as crucial in the startup world. We now have an office in Los Angeles and a team in New York, allowing us to cover more of the globe while delivering a personal and bespoke service.
