We are Interaction Interim, a self-owned company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1991 and are headquartered in Rennes, France.

We provide employment services to businesses across all sectors, including temporary work, recruitment for fixed-term and permanent contracts, training, accompaniment and advisory services. We integrate human values at the heart of our approach to better anticipate the personnel needs of our client companies.

We operate through a wide national network of temporary staffing agencies to deliver our employment services to enterprises in all sectors. We focus on meeting client needs by aligning our offerings with their staffing requirements and timelines.

We deliver temporary work, recruitment for fixed-term (CDD) and permanent (CDI) contracts, training, accompaniment and advisory services.

We operate across France through a national network of agencies.

Today, with more than 30 years in existence, we continue our development with the ambition of bringing new solutions to our clients and to our temporary workers.
