Interim-Projecten Marktplaats (IPM) is a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Zoetermeer, Netherlands.

Our ambition is to place all interim assignments in the Netherlands on one clear site, creating a fully transparent market with direct contact between professionals and clients and with qualified professionals for clients in flex pools.

We publish current assignments directly from clients, and the interim professional conducts business directly with the client without the involvement of agencies and without any margin. We also post assignments from other staffing agencies or interim providers, but with only one link and a maximum 15% margin, clearly identifiable as external providers.

Our specialties include interim, ZZP, freelance, assignments, trainings, online bookkeeping, community, and AOV.
