We are InterKadra Sp. z o.o., a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Kraków, Poland.

We are a recruitment agency fully licensed by the Polish government, with our head office in Kraków, Poland.

We are a member of the Employment Agency Association, a Polish organization for employment and human resources consulting agencies. Membership in the association requires acceptance of the Code of Ethics, which provides our employees and clients with a guarantee of honest and reliable cooperation. Over the years, we have developed a substantial database of CVs covering all business sectors and all levels of personnel. We combine our extensive local knowledge of the Polish human resources market and legislative procedures to develop and maintain a core client base. We currently work with large international companies and smaller firms.
