We are International Career Partners Ltd, a privately held recruitment firm operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were incorporated in 2009 and began operation in 2010, and we are headquartered in Mandeville, Jamaica. We are a family business and a member of the Mandeville Chamber of Commerce, International Au Pair Association (IAPA) and WYSE Travel Confederation.

Our core recruitment is in hospitality, construction, healthcare and transportation, and we are positioned to recruit qualified workers in other sectors.

We recruit seasonal, temporary and permanent workers for employers in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. We also recruit college students and graduates for internship and trainee programs in the United Kingdom and United States. We are a registered sending agent for United States J1 Designated Sponsors who are registered with the US State Department. We supply college students for work engagements each summer to US Designated Sponsors, with students working from May to September.
