International Work Lahti, we are a government agency operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Lahti, Finland.

We facilitate the quickest possible employment of foreign-language job seekers in the Lahti region. For employers, we offer skilled labor tailored to the employer's specific needs. We are building effective employment models in cooperation with regional employers, universities, third-sector organizations, employment services, and municipal services for immigrants. The project operates under the City of Lahti Employment and Vitality Services and is co-funded by the European Social Fund (ESF).
