Intuye Coaching is a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry, and we were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Lima, Peru.

We are an organizational community of coaches serving education and the growth of people, and through the development of collective and individual learning spaces we foster reflection and personal growth. For more than three years we have committed to personal growth and education; our purpose is to impact as many young people, young adults, families, and educators as possible, through our workshops, conferences, training programs, and Life Coaching programs, which, based on our teaching methodology: ontological coaching, cooperation, and experiential learning, provide young people, parents, and teachers with a fun, interactive, and effective way to learn about themselves and the world around them.

We deliver our services through experiential workshops and conferences for adolescents, families, educators and work teams, continuing education programs for educators, a transformational program: Your Path, and individual coaching sessions.
