iSEAK-International Skills,Experience, Attitude, and Knowledge program is Fotabe Entrepreneurial Leadership Academy’s School-to-Work International Graduate Employment Program which has as mission To open the world of work to fresh graduates and students through Intrapreneurship. The School-to-Work Experience, Attitude, and Knowledge Program prepares students for the world of work through Employment -Readiness training, testing, certification, and job placement. The program focuses on the core problem- solving, communication, reasoning skills, and the attitude required for 21st century opportunities from entry level to professional level. Our unique model is implemented in 4 phases: Career readiness training and assessment, Online Volunteering, Virtual Internships and Professional internships. Our career readiness training lasts one month and can be completed through a boot camp either in their home countries or abroad, or online from anywhere around the world. All our learners take the International Career Readiness Certification to show proof of their readiness to be employed. The second phase of the work-study program is a two-month online volunteering aimed at preparing young graduates to use innovative technology to drive social change, while gaining real- life and international work experience and a growth mindset. The third phase of the program is a three-month virtual internship aimed at giving graduates the opportunity of acquiring strong career skills and work ethic, while working from anywhere. The fourth and final phase of the program opens the graduates up to the world of work around them, to other cultures, and to test their knowledge and skills in a work setting either in their home country or abroad.
