ISO Talent Bank is a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Otsu City, Japan.

We launched the platform on November 1 to support the career transitions and career development of ISO personnel. We have registrations from active professionals in their 30s to 50s. By registering, members receive ISO-related scouting opportunities and non-public job postings, enabling direct engagement with certification bodies and organizations. As of November 20, there were 89 registered individuals in total, including 16 active as chief examiner or examiner, 11 active as consultants, 15 active as both examiner and consultant, 7 who have previously served as examiners or consultants, 17 seeking a second career as examiners, 8 seeking positions that leverage ISO practical experience, and 15 seeking side work that leverages ISO practical experience. We are currently running a free registration campaign. The registration period runs until December 25 and ends once the first 50 registrations are reached. If you are interested in information gathering for a second career, we encourage early registration.

We deliver our services through an online matching platform designed to connect ISO personnel with opportunities. We emphasize active participation by our users, who can receive ISO-related scouting notices and non-public postings, and who can pursue direct negotiation with certification bodies and organizations.
