We are IWEX Osh, a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Osh, Kyrgyzstan.

We orient our work to our clients' needs and strive to identify candidates who meet their requirements. Our aim is to simplify processes and to provide staff who are valued as active participants in our clients' organizations.

We help not only with identifying opportunities for youth to work in European countries and with handling the necessary documents, but we also support our clients by providing advice in various situations and by taking responsibility in challenging situations. We also operate a language school to help youths develop language skills.

We offer services for organizing youth travel to Germany under programs including a summer job for students during holidays, an apprenticeship program that combines study and work with favorable conditions for students and employers, and an eight-month full-time work arrangement in Germany.

Our operations span Kyrgyzstan and Germany.

We are a staffing agency and prepared to work with all programs.
