IWG Staffing and Recruitment Agency is a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Opole, Poland.

Our mission is effective recruitment, reducing processes to a minimum. We focus on continuous growth, as demonstrated by our collaboration with international partners from South America, including Colombia and Mexico, who recruited in Poland for the first time with our support.
