We are J2L Specialized Recruitment, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil.

We belong to a multinational holding group focused on Executive Search, with a strong presence in Finance, Marketing and Sales, Technology, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Engineering. We work with professionals who have prior experience in the areas for which we recruit, and we meet our clients' needs with the highest priority and quality. In addition to Recruitment & Selection, the other group companies operate in Outsourcing and Technology, including Business Process Outsourcing (Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable), Financial Management (Processes), and Business Development/Advisory (Support in strategic guidance). We also engage in SAP implementation and system parameterization.
