We are Jabir Al Baridi Trading & Contracting (JBTC), a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Doha, Qatar.

We began as a manpower outsourcing agency in the construction and infrastructure industry and evolved to include human capital consulting and training solutions, providing our customers with a platform to outsource a range of HR services. We have partnered with industry professionals who provide us with Executive Selection and placement, Talent Management, HR Advisory and career management services.

We have longstanding relationships with our clients that have supported our construction contracting services to companies and government agencies across Qatar.
