Job Connect is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Sibiu, Romania.

We are recruitment specialists with over ten years of experience, and we continually refine our practice. A large part of what is called the science of recruitment has come to us directly through the processes we have lived through, and we have developed proprietary tools related to the recruitment process. We know we did not invent the wheel, and we do not seek to reinvent it, but we use it where it is appropriate and where it belongs.
