Job for arabists Business Solutions is a privately held recruitment company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We offer a fully integrated solution to find a wanted professional according to vacancy requirements: searching for and selection of candidates, discussing vacancy conditions directly with the candidates, interviewing and testing arabist candidates to evaluate the necessary skills, such as competence in spoken Modern Standard Arabic or one of the dialects and/or written Arabic, presenting an expert judgment on language proficiency, presenting a selection of CVs from the most successful candidates, arranging the time of the employer's interview with the candidates, and providing employment assistance at every stage of the process.

Our specialties include Recruiting agency, HR, and Professional staff recruitment. We advertise vacancies on our website and in our agency's groups on Facebook, vk.com, and LinkedIn. This service is chargeable, with payment after the service. We offer CV screening as a service involving the selection of candidates' CVs according to key employer requirements (gender, age, education, work experience, projects, etc.), with the number of CVs defined by the employer. We provide Arabic language proficiency expertise and skills evaluation (spoken and written language, Modern Standard Arabic and dialects). We will have the candidate take a written test using either our test assignment or the employer's test, then interview via Skype and provide a written expert judgment of the candidate's Arabic language proficiency. Payment is made after the service.
