JOB spectrum s.r.o. is a privately held staffing and recruiting company. We were founded in 1995 and are headquartered in Chomutov, Czech Republic.

We focus on employment mediation primarily in the Chomutov district, and we have done so since 1995. We know how to do this, and this is evidenced by our ability to withstand competition from foreign capital and by maintaining exclusivity with several clients.

Our approach is to get to know each client personally, understand their production and processes, become familiar with their corporate culture, and sense the atmosphere at the workplace. We also have a strong knowledge of the region. By working in the Chomutov labor market for many years, we have mapped the environment, established contacts, and built a name.

We operate in the Czech Republic, with a focus on the Chomutov area and the surrounding region.
