Job-TransFair gemeinnützige GmbH, we are an educational organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Vienna, Austria.

We support disadvantaged people in the labor market on behalf of the Vienna Employment Service (AMS Wien) to find new employment and maintain it long term. We collaborate with a dense network of entrepreneurs who provide unemployed people in Vienna with a new chance in their businesses and, after a trial period, hire them into permanent employment. In 2018, among those who were employed as transitional workers through Job-TransFair, 78% succeeded in obtaining employment in the year after the support; about 42% were employed more than 90 days, and about 32% more than 180 days.

We deliver our services through multidisciplinary FAIRvermittlung teams made up of HR consultants, social workers, trainers, and job instructors.

Our specialties are sustainable job placement, competency-oriented placement, and non-profit integration leasing.
