We are JobbyLabs, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
We are a B2B and B2C talent finding service provider in Sri Lanka. We have developed a method and process to find the right candidates for IT and Management companies in Sri Lanka, and we believe our process can help candidates find the right fit jobs for them, and it will help recruiters to do their job effectively. We started our journey in early 2021. We are currently in the process of developing a simple application to find jobs and candidates. There are opportunities to improve the recruitment process from the candidate end and recruiter end in Sri Lanka.
We deliver our services by applying our method to connect organizations with the right talents, outline hot jobs in our platform, and connect multiple entities to cover gaps in the labour market.
