We are JobConnection ApS, a staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Nørresundby, Denmark.

We build a bridge between companies and job seekers and have done so for more than 15 years. We help companies find competent and engaged employees for short-term or long-term assignments, Try and hire, and recruitment. Our foremost task is to ensure momentum and competitiveness by matching your company with the employee or temp who creates value and makes a positive difference in the workplace.

We bring all temporary workers in for a personal interview, we know them and obtain references. And if there is urgency, we are available by phone around the clock. In recruitment tasks we also work with Search & Selection. After close collaboration with the company on the initial analysis, we manage the process to find the right employee to meet the objective.
