Jobplaneten is a partnership operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Køge, Denmark.

We work with young people through four steps: a pocket money initiative for ages 13 to 15; a youth part-time job program in municipal institutions; youth part-time jobs in private companies for ages 15 to 18; and internships and apprenticeships for young people. The pocket money initiative is based on relationship-building between the youth and the workplace, and the youth are prepared to undertake a leisure-time job with individual guidance and development. In municipal institutions, youths are employed with partners in the municipality, such as day-care centers and care homes, and the job serves as a developmental pathway and a bridge to vocational education and work opportunities. In private companies, the target group is youths aged 15 to 18 who are ready to join a work community, and they progress through three steps to carry out tasks in the business environment and have shown that they can be a stable resource for a private company. Internships and apprenticeships are supported for youths seeking practical training as part of their education.

We deliver our services through structured programs and ongoing support, working with municipal partners and private employers to provide opportunities where youths can develop skills and participate in work tasks. We provide ongoing guidance and a developmental approach to help youths advance toward education- and employment-related opportunities.
