We are Jobseekers International Placement Agency, a self-owned recruitment organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Kingston, Jamaica.

We aim to meet the expectations of our applicants by offering a customer-friendly environment, increased flexibility, and a personal touch with reliable customer service, to ensure value for money from a system that functions effectively.

We deliver our services by connecting international employers with job seekers and by working with universities and colleges locally to offer J1 programs to students and graduates. We have formed alliances and partnerships with international recruiters and sponsors who have worked with us, allowing us to provide reliable and efficient service to our applicants. Our services have extended to institutions outside our shores, including opportunities for institutions in Grenada, Barbados, Panama, Saint Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Costa Rica.

We provide recruitment services and international placement programs within the staffing and recruiting industry, and we support international placement needs through our network of partners.

We are based in Kingston, Jamaica, and our operations include national activity in Jamaica and international collaborations with institutions in Grenada, Barbados, Panama, Saint Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Costa Rica.
