Job&Talent Sweden is a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Solna, Sweden.

We are the link between capable employees and serious companies in need of increased or flexible staffing. We were founded in Spain in 2009 with the idea of harnessing technology and data to break down barriers in the labor market and to make the recruitment process easier and better for all involved. We operate in 10 countries across Europe, the United States, and Latin America and are backed by leading banks and investors such as SoftBank, Kinnevik, Atomico, Goldman Sachs, Citi, and BlackRock.

We deliver our services through a technology-enabled, data-informed approach that connects employers with skilled people. We act as the link between capable employees and companies in need of increased or flexible staffing, supporting both sides throughout the recruitment process.

Our specialties include staffing, recruitment, staffing subcontracting, warehousing and logistics, industrial, workshop, administration, events, transport, and retail.

We operate in Sweden, the United States, Spain, and Brazil, and we are active in 10 countries across Europe, North America, and Latin America.

We have 25 Swedish offices, with about ten owned by us and fifteen located at client sites.
