We are Jumbo Force (Jumbo Manpower Services LLC), a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We were established in 2014 with the objective to provide value-added solutions in a structured and transparent manner. Backed by Jumbo Group’s brand promise and financial capabilities, we have partnered with various MNCs across the GCC.

We offer Manpower Services, including contract staffing, training and workforce operations; HR Consulting, including recruitment (headhunting and specialist skill hiring) and training services (customized learning interventions and functional trainings); and Process Outsourcing, to enable businesses to focus on core activities, with support in HR processes such as payroll, recruitment process outsourcing and other HR services.
