We are JWD Palvelut, a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Helsinki, Finland.

Our aim is to place the employee at the center. We listen to each person’s story, discuss their past and potential future, and make decisions together about the future. As an employer, we strive to leave a positive and memorable impression as a genuinely caring operator in an industry where workers often feel they are not heard. Our main focus is on construction and construction-related fields, from construction laborers to tower crane operators, concrete mixer truck drivers, and everything in between and around these areas. We operate primarily in the Uusimaa region, but some of our clients operate nationwide, and there is demand across Finland.
